CRAMG is proud of our professional environment that supports the personal and career growth of our providers.
Our group members work well together to create a fair, respectful, and transparent atmosphere, which enhances
the improvement of our anesthesia practices. We are happy to consider applicants to join our team who align
with our mission and practices and will help contribute to our growth and improvement.
Board Certified Anesthesiologist.
Management and Billing
CRAMG understands that it is very difficult to deliver outstanding anesthesia care 24-hours a day, 7 days a week
while trying to grow an anesthesia business at the same time. Therefore, CRAMG works with Santé Health Systems
and Sierra Health services for key management services. Santé excels at nurturing the financial and administrative
aspects of CRAMG’s business while Sierra Health Services provides outstanding billing services for CRAMG.
These companies have served CRAMG well over the years and we plan to continue our partnerships for many years to come.
CRAMG provides quality anesthesia for Community Medical Centers. All CRAMG anesthesiologists and CRNAs rotate evenly
and democratically throughout the CMC system. All call is shared. The exceptions to the rule are cardiac trained
anesthesiologists and pediatric trained anesthesiologists. They rotate through their respective subspecialty rooms
at all facilities and changes are made to the schedule to accommodate their call in these rooms.
Compensation of Anesthesiologists
CRAMG anesthesiologists are reimbursed at the same rate of pay and in the same manner as every other anesthesiologist
from the first day of employment. All members of CRAMG are reimbursed based on the unit conversion faction defined
by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). They are reimbursed at a set unit net of all management expenses.
In addition to the per unit reimbursements, our providers are also paid for medical directorships and call stipends
for cardiac and obstetrical services.
CRAMG Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists are reimbursed at a competitive hourly rate of pay based on their
experience and full time and per diem status. Call is shared and daily assignments range from 8 hour – 24 hour call.
CRAMG is a professional corporation incorporated in California. CRAMG retains anesthesiologists and CRNAs as full
time and per diem independent contractors in order to ensure the staffing flexibility needed to respond to the
nature of the growing need for anesthesia services at Community Medical Centers (CMC) – CRMC, CCMC, and FHSH.
All CRAMG independent contractors carry their own medical malpractice insurance and are fully credentialed with CMC.
